Two people in Delano have been arrested after a car owner saw them in his stolen vehicle. 24-year-old Jose Reyes and 22-year-old Cynthia Rodriguez were found sitting in the vehicle at a car wash on Vasser Street Tuesday. Reyes faces auto theft and weapons charges because two guns were found on him, the woman was arrested on a drug count.
