At least four suspects are on the loose following the burglary of a bike shop across from Cal State Bakersfield that ended with another man being run over by the escape van.

Police say 54-year-old David Mendoza sustained minor injuries when he was hit as he jumped out of the burgundy van as the driver tried to get away on the bike path.
