The man who died when his pickup truck landed in a sump pond in Arvin is identified.The coroner says it was 48-year-old Christian Hutchens of Las Vegas, Nevada who died. The truck was found Monday morning but the CHP believes is had been there for a few days. Hutchens crashed though a fence a thousand feet from Wheeler Ridge Road, near the Travel Centers of America.
