Bakersfield Congressman Kevin McCarthy is identifying a couple of environmental regulations. Republicans intend to roll back the Obama rules in favor of producing more energy. The House Majority Leader said in a floor speech Wednesday that methane emission reduction rules would be eased, and regulations about coal production impacts on streams would also be pulled back.
