Celebrity news source TMZ is reporting mass murderer Charles Manson is too weak to have surgery.He was supposed to have surgery Thursday for intestinal bleeding at a Bakersfield hospital but doctors determined at the last minute it would be life-threatening. Manson is 82-years-old and it’s not being made public which hospital is treating him, however, speculation has him at Mercy Hospital Downtown.
