The CHP believes a Lamont man who was seriously injured in a rollover accident on Highway 119, just east of Interstate 5, may have been intoxicated. They say 27-year-old Tailee Sattouf rolled his car into a field just after 2:00AM Wednesday and was thrown from the car. He was not wearing a seat belt.
