An inmate who died at the state prison in Tehachapi is identified as 32-year-old Raymond Robles.Robles was found unresponsive in his cell Tuesday afternoon and was pronounced dead at the scene. There were no other inmates in the cell and It’s uncertain what caused the death, the coroner will conduct a postmortem to determine the cause.
