The San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District has sent a letter to the incoming Trump Administration.The District is recommending changes to the Clean Air Act. Among their requests is that the Valley should not have to comply with the same air quality standards as other regions. District leaders say their proposals would bring common sense adjustments to the federal law.
