A voter initiative for Calexit has taken a major step forward. The State Attorney General has issued a title and summary for a voter initiative asking for our state to secede from the United States. The California Nationhood Initiative may now gather signatures to repeal the part of the state constitution saying we’re an integral part of the U.S. It would take an act of Congress for any state to actually be freed from the Union.
