The Valley Air District is offering incentives of up to $3,000 to replace wood stoves.The program includes inserts and fireplaces. The District urges homeowners to have EPA-certified wood-burning devices and to register them to avoid being cited during “no burn” days. The incentives are provided through the Burn Cleaner Program.
