Police are identifying the officer who shot and killed a suspect following a pursuit.The car chase ended with shots fire at Niles Street and Alta Vista Drive in east Bakersfield. Officer Clifton Ary has been with the BPD seven years and had never been involved in a shooting before. 27-year-old Antonio Garza was being sought in connection with a murder when he was shot last Tuesday.
