Two people have been arrested in Oildale after a small arsenal of weapons were found.The seizure was made at a home on Moneta Avenue. 27-year-old Alexander Guzzardo and 38-year-old Jennifer Cottrell were booked Monday night for weapons, stolen property and drug charges. Bakersfield police arrested this same couple for similar charges in October.
