A driver of a cement truck that rolled over on Stockdale Highway and California Avenue has been hospitalized with moderate injuries.

Police say the truck overturned around 9:30 Tuesday morning and the victim was trapped inside. Firefighters used the “Jaws-of-Life” to get him out.
