Bakersfield Congressman Kevin McCarthy is responding to the death of Trice Harvey. McCarthy says Harvey epitomized the best in a public servant and recalled him as enthusiastic, friendly and welcoming. The former Supervisor and State Assemblyman died Tuesday at age 80 following a fall over the weekend. Funeral services are pending.
