A Bakersfield ARC manager is recovering from broken ribs after a hit and run.The wreck was at Planz Road and Union Avenue in south Bakersfield. Police say the agency’s van was hit by a pickup truck around 10:00 Tuesday morning and fire crews had to use the Jaws of Life to extricate the driver. The victim has not been identified and the pickup has not bee located.
