Funeral arrangements have been announced for the former Kern County supervisor and assemblyman who died last week after a fall.

A Rosary for Trice Harvey will be said Wednesday evening at 6:00 at St. Francis Church on H Street in Bakersfield with a funeral mass at noon on Thursday. The burial will be private.
