The man who was shot and killed on Monterey Street near Oswell Street in east Bakersfield is identified.The coroner says the victim is 61-year-old Lawrence Ramos Olivas. Responding deputies found him Tuesday night and he was taken to Kern Medical where died a short time later. There are no suspects in the shooting and investigators have no indications of a motive.
