A coach at Cesar Chavez High School in Delano has been arrested over allegations of inappropriate conduct.The conduct is connected with a female student. Police booked 25-year-old Javier Reyes Friday and the school district also fired him. The volunteer track coach is reported to have been in contact with the girl for two years, even sending nude pictures to each other.
