Bakersfield Police have arrested two people and are looking for a third suspect accused of fatally shooting a man outside a McDonald’s on Union Avenue and East 18th Street.

29-year-old Guillermo Vasquez and 35-year-old Yvette Garcia also face gang and weapons charges.

The victim was found Saturday evening, while the suspects were picked up Sunday.
