A 24-year-old man has been booked for attempting to grope an underage girl at Whiskey Flat Days in Kernville. The girl told deputies Saturday that Jason Cox approached her and a friend, and she had to use pepper spray to chase him off. He was found working in the carnival area on Sunday and arrested for annoying a minor, apparently he had confronted the victim before as well.
