Bakersfield Police get a fake 911 call for gunshots.Police responded to a call for shots fired on Union Avenue near Truxtun Avenue in east Bakersfield, but found it was a false report. They located the caller around 5:00 Tuesday afternoon and arrested 28-year-old Nathaniel Collins. He was in possession of a loaded pistol and faces charges that include gang participation.
