Deputies are investigating the death of a one-and-a-half-year-old Rosamond boy whose body had signs of trauma.

They were notified Tuesday by staff at Antelope Valley Hospital, where it was determined he’d been dead for several hours before his mother brought him in. Six other kids at the home on Rosamond Boulevard were removed by the county.
