The District Attorney says five Bakersfield Police officers were justified in the fatal shooting of a man who had shot at three of them. 37-year-old Francisco Villareal just missed the heads of two of the officers when he fired at them after he ran away during a traffic stop last year.

Villareal had been a suspect in a shooting the day before.
