The shooting of a Tehachapi man by a deputy has been turned over to the District Attorney.The case could lead to possible prosecution. The Sheriff’s Incident Review Board determined Deputy Gabriel Romo violated department policy in the December 11th wounding of 34-year-old Stanley Severi, he reached towards his waste as they struggled and was shot.
