Kern County Arson investigators are trying to determine if a fire that destroyed a house in east Bakersfield was deliberately set.

The abandoned structure on Lincoln Street near Virginia Street caught fire for a third time Friday morning around 2:00 and forced evacuations of neighboring homes and a two-story apartment complex.
