An Arvin High School Student has earned an appointment to the U.S. Military Academy.An Arvin student will be attending West Point for the first time ever. Annmarie Narvaez credits her participation in her high school’s Junior Officer Training Corps for earning the college acceptance. Narvaez is a standout basketball player in Arvin and plans a career with the FBI after the military.
