One inmate is dead and another is being investigated at the North Kern State Prison in Delano. 25-year-old David Dooley was seen by guards punching his cellmate in the face Sunday, then the victim fell and landed on his back. 59-year-old Rosendo Sosa was hospitalized and died Tuesday, no charges have been filed as of yet.
