Two men are in the Bakersfield jail on charges that include being in a gang and possession of guns and narcotics. 26-year-old Eliu Cantu was wanted in connection with a recent shooting and for a parole violation. 24-year-old Roger Gonzales was also caught in the sting.

One of the guns seized Monday at a Union Avenue motel was an AR 15-style semi automatic rifle.
