A Bakersfield man has been indicted by a federal grand jury for mail theft. 36-year-old Jason Geiser faces eight counts of possessing stolen mail and having numerous stolen credit and debit cards. The thefts happened from last October to early this month, Geiser was arrested Thursday and will be arraigned on April 5th. Bakersfield has been plagued by mail thefts and there have been a few arrests recently.
