A man jumping the fence at a school leads to arrests of two at a casino. The search for a man who jumped the fence at Horace Mann Elementary School on Niles Street in east Bakersfield has led to the arrest of two others. Deputies searched the campus around noon Thursday, then looked in a nearby internet casino where they found a stolen pistol and drug items. Christian Mendez and Raymond Medina were arrested but the fleeing suspect was not found. A woman was also arrested on unrelated charges.
