Golden Empire Transit is taking a community survey to improve bus service around Bakersfield.

Spokeswoman Gina Hayden says representatives will be boarding buses tomorrow to talk to riders about safety, access, drivers, and other topics. Seniors and disabled riders can also give their thoughts at the GET bus main office in central Bakersfield on Wednesday or take an online survey at http://bit.ly/getbus-survey.
