A traffic stop on South K Street in central Bakersfield has led to the arrest of a 19-year-old man, Saron Florence, and a 16-year-old boy.

One of them took off running after being pulled over around 2:00 a.m. Saturday and tossed a gun before being caught. That gun turned out to be stolen.

Both teens face conspiracy, firearm and gang charges.
