A District Attorney investigation has found no wrongdoing by a Bakersfield Ward 5 City Council candidate.Allegations were investigated as charged by his opponent. D.A. Lisa Green announced Tuesday there was no voter fraud, tax fraud or perjury on the part of Bruce Freeman as claimed by candidate Ryan Nance. The claim was that Freeman lives in Newport Beach.
