A woman is dead and a man is under arrest for DUI after an accident at Highway 43.The crash was at Prospect Avenue, just south of Wasco. Three vehicles were involved just before 8:00 Wednesday night and each had just a driver. The suspect was taken to Kern Medical with minor injuries and a man driving the third vehicle was not seriously hurt. It’s still being investigated exactly what caused the crash.
