The City of McFarland has held a ribbon cutting ceremony to unveil their first-ever traffic light. Wednesday’s event was held at the intersection of East Sherwood Avenue and Marshall Street where the new signals now stand. Mayor Manuel Cantu said at the event the light is evidence of progress in McFarland, it was paid for with a grant.
