Bakersfield Police hope the public can help them identify two men who nearly beat another man to death outside the Mi Tierra Market on South Owens and E. 3rd Street. The victim was beaten into unconsciousness and than hit in the head with a bicycle around 11:00 Monday night, both suspects are described as Hispanic males between 18 to 25 years old.
