A man accused of killing his brother at their Christmas Tree Lane is being set free. The death was in an apartment in northeast Bakersfield and the suspect had his case returned for further investigation. 60-year-old Ronny Adams is being released because the District Attorney has withheld filing charges for now. 61-year-old Randy Adams was found dead of unknown causes Sunday afternoon.
