A 23-year-old man has been arrested for the murder of a 15-year-old girlThe death happened on Dore Drive near Planz Road in south Bakersfield. Gerardo Rodriguez also faces child abuse charges after the girl was found dead in a detached garage Monday evening. Police aren’t saying how the teen died and her identity has not been released.
