There’s one last chance to save one of the homes being demolished for the 24th Street Widening Project in Bakersfield.

The 95-year-old home known as the Speakeasy House is set to be auctioned to buyer that’s qualified to move it to an adjacent lot on Bay Street. None of the other condemned houses offered for auction had bidders.
