Two Bakersfield men are jailed on hate crime and assault charges after an attack that appears to have been racially motivated.

Police say 21-year-old Seth Mills and 31-year-old James Alfter stabbed three men Sunday night around 9:20 on Stine Road north of Harris Road. The victims have minor injuries.
