The State has released details on the economic impact of the Kern County Fair.The report shows the Fair is a big positive. Tuesday’s report shows 478 jobs were created by the fair in 2015 with a labor income of more than $15 million. Total spending activity of the fair for that year was over $43 million. It was part of a larger study showing fairs are a multi-billion dollar industry in California.
