The man who died after a wheel smashed into his windshield as he drove on Highway 99 has been identified. The coroner says it was 30-year-old Francisco Diaz of Dinuba who died. His car rolled over around 5:30 Friday afternoon after the tire came off a car heading in the other direction. A 9-year-old girl in his car had minor injuries. The CHP says the victim was not wearing a seat belt.
