The body of a second Bakersfield woman who drowned in the Tule River in Tulare County has been recovered. 21-year-old Alondra Orozco had jumped into the river on April 13th after her friend slipped and she tried to save her. Divers found Orozco Tuesday afternoon near where she went in, 21-year-old Shreya Singh was recovered shortly after the accident. Both were from Bakersfield and students at CSUB.
