Bakersfield Police are looking for an SUV and three or four young men who shot into a car and struck a little girl in the backseat.

Lt. Gary Carruesco says it happened around 2:00 Friday morning across from Raffaello Palla Elementary School on Monitor Street. The little girl survived with some minor bruising.

The suspect vehicle is a midsize SUV, possibly gray or blue with red stripes.
