Cal State Bakersfield is welcoming a pair of new college deans. History Professor Robert Frakes is coming from Clarion University in Pennsylvania to be Dean of Arts and Humanities, while Dr. Kathleen Madden has been given a permanent position after having served a year as Interim Dean of Natural Sciences, Math and Engineering.
