A Bakersfield man has been arrested for running a stolen car ring then selling the hot vehicles in several parking lots on the east side of town.

The CHP says 59-year-old Felipe Moran also swiped the VIN numbers of at least 27 Toyotas starting at the end of last year, and they are looking for more victims of the scam.
