A federal grand jury has indicted a Delano resident for growing more than 15 thousand marijuana plants.The grow was in the McFarland Creek area of Sequoia National Forest. 25-year-old Alan Gomez-Paniagua will be arraigned Monday in the latest case of illegal pot farming in the park. Numerous oak trees were cut down to make room for the pot plants.
