A newly released search warrant shows an empty vodka bottle was found in the car of a well known local vintner suspected of causing a fatal DUI accident.

Prosecutors believe John Giumarra III fled the scene after hitting bicyclist Angela Holder with his SUV on Golden State Avenue and F Street in January.

He denies any wrongdoing and has not been charged.
