A Delano resident faces federal charges after investigators say he was caught transporting 10 thousand marijuana seedlings.The man and plant were found in the Giant Sequoia National Monument. 43-year-old Rosario Beltran was indicted Thursday after being found found at a drop point in a remote area. There has been an ongoing problem with pot farms in the area as drug dealers from Mexico cultivate marijuana on federal lands.
