The Washington Post is reporting Bakersfield Congressman Kevin McCarthy thinks Putin is paying Trump. McCarthy told Republican colleagues a year ago that he thinks Russian President Putin pays Donald Trump and Orange County Congressman Dana Rohrabacher. The Post article implied McCarthy was serious in the leaked recording but his office laughed it off, calling it “humor gone wrong.”
